I liked the fact that I only dealt with Ms. Bonnie, some companies now-days don’t have time to individually deal with their customers. The work that was done for me was exceptional, and the prices were very reasonable. The band-members at my church, and my friend loved their gifts. (Which are featured on the website.) Everything was so simple when it came to ordering –you just simply email Ms. Bonnie and she responds in a timely manner w/ an estimate and a picture which is really neat. That way you know what you’re getting beforehand. The places that I sought out before I found High Desert Embroidery were ridiculous w/ their pricing and stipulations.
